• Accommodations: 4 guest rooms and 1 suite, (two on the second floor and three on the third floor). All rooms have private baths, queen-sized beds with luxurious bedding, alarm clock/radios, and luggage racks. There is ample free parking adjacent to The Angel’s front entrance.

• Payment: All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card or cash deposit equal to 50% of the cost of your total stay (not including tax). The minimum deposit is the cost of one night. Payment in full at time of check-in is required. Visa, MasterCard, cash and travelers checks are accepted.
• Check-in: Between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. If you must arrive before or after, please call in advance and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Check-out: no later than 11:00 am.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure refund of deposit minus a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds are issued when a planned stay is cut short.
• Restrictions: No pets.
• Breakfast: fresh gourmet breakfast Served in the dining room from 8:00 am to 9:30 am. Early coffee available in dining room from 7:00 am to 8:00 am. Dietary restrictions are accommodated with 24-hour notice. Afternoon tea is served in one of our common gathering rooms or on the porch from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Softdrinks, juice or coffee may be substituted for the tea.
• Lunch and Dinner: Menus of nearby restaurants are available from your hosts. Reservations may also be made through The Angel.
• Recreation & Activities: Golf at The Outlook and Sanford Country Club - within 4 miles of the B&B, Biking and hiking along the Neoutaquet River behind the inn, climb Mount Agamenicus, Maine's highest peak, or bike the Eastern Trail Bike Path that passes nearby.
• Attractions & Special Events: The Woodman Museum in Dover, The Trolley Museum in Kennebunkport, The Antique Car Museum in Wells, The Ogunquit Museum of American Art and so much more. 20 minutes of The Angel, you can explore hundreds of unique shops in Ogunquit to the east, Dover (NH) to the west, Kennebunkport to the north, Kittery to the south, or within walking distance from The Angel right in North Berwick. The Hackmatack Playhouse, Ogunquit Playhouse, Arundel Barn Playhouse and the Garrison Hill Players perform just minutes from The Angel.

• Directions: Take Exit 19 off I-95. Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Route 109/9. Routes 109/9 run together for about one-half mile. Watch for the sign pointing out a left turn for Route 9. Stay on Route 9 for about 6 miles to the intersection of Route 4. You’ll see Angel of the Berwicks in front of you. Drive through the granite pillars to the front entrance.
