• Payment: A deposit by personal check valued at one night's stay is required to confirm reservation. Visa, Mastercard, personal check and traveler's check are accepted for final payment.
• Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received a minimum of 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. If notice is received less than the 10 required minimum days, deposit will be refunded only if room can be re-rented for the original length of reservation.
• Restrictions: Non-smoking facility, including porch and gardens. Children 8 years of age and older are welcome. No pets.
• Breakfast: Expanded continental from 8:00 to 9:30 am. Coffee and tea available at 7:00 am.
