The Old Orchard House

Located in the Main House on the 2nd floor this room has a private bath with shower. A wedding ring quilt covers the cast iron queen four poster bed, set in a semi-circle of five windows that offer a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean and morning sunrise through the birch trees.

The Velvet

This room is located in the main house 2nd floor and has a private hall bath with shower. One of the Inn's most spacious rooms, The Velvet has a crocheted canopy queen bed, and a day bed that can open up to 2 twin beds. Its two large windows face well-maintained lawn and offers a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean and morning sunrise.

The Fiske
Located in the Main House on the 2nd floor, The Fiske offers a private bathroom with bathtub and shower. a black wrought iron four-poster king bed, is truly fit for a king. Decorated in light yellow and green, an antique Victorian dresser and piano are the focal points in the room.

The Alberta
This room is located in the main house 2nd floor and has a private bath with shower. An antique wrought iron Queen bed and Twin bed with matching pieced quilts is decorated in a lavender and green floral theme with antique oak dresser, Queen Anne chair and English washstand.

The Abbott
Located in the Main House on the 3rd floor, this room is perfect for a family or two couple traveling together. There are 2 bedrooms, on with a queen bed, and the other with a queen bed and a twin bed. The adjoining bathroom with shower is located between the two bedrooms.

The Seashore

Located at the front of the Cottage House, the Seashore offers a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean. This bright and airy room with a antique wrought iron queen bed offers a light blue and white escape. The bathroom includes the claw-foot tub/shower- perfect for a long bubble bath.

The Cleaves
Located at the front of the Cottage House, the Cleaves also offers a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean. This cheerful room has a brass queen bed with plaid quilt and red plaid floral wallpaper. The bathroom includes the tub/shower.

The Gables
Located in the Cottage the window overlooks the rear sundeck that offers a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean and the wooded back yard. The room is furnished with a brass queen bed and offers a private bathroom with tub and shower.

Suite 1 The Vesper
Located in the Cottage first floor with a private entrance this accommodation is perfect for a family or couple traveling together. The bedroom is one-step down through an open doorway and includes a queen bed with a pieced quilt and yellow picket fence headboard. The oversized living room with a fully stocked Kitchenette has eating and cooking utensils, refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave, and toaster, coffee-maker and kitchen table. A Futon (double bed) sleeps 2 additional adults comfortably. Private bathroom has a shower.

Suite 2 The Lafayette
Located in the Cottage first floor with a private entrance this accommodation is perfect for a family or couple traveling together. The bedroom is one-step down through an open doorway and includes a queen bed with a pieced quilt and yellow picket fence headboard. The oversized living room with a fully stocked Kitchenette has eating and cooking utensils, refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave, and toaster, coffee-maker and kitchen table.
