• Payment: Deposit is in the amount of the first nights stay. Most major credit cards, cash and travelers checks are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: A $15.00 cancellation fee applies. Cancellation notice must be received at least 1 day prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. No refund for same-day cancellations.
• Restrictions: Dog friendly inn; no more than 2 dogs per room and should not to be left unattended. Pet fee applies depending on number of pets and number of nights (usually between $10.00 and $20.00 per night). Children welcome. No smoking indoors. Specified outdoor smoking areas to accommodate guests who smoke.

  Northbound: Take I-95 to exit 6A. Now on 295, continue to exit 5 (Congress Street exit). Bear left onto 22 East. At the third set of traffic lights, turn left onto Valley Street, then left into our parking lot.
  Southbound: Take 295 to exit 5A (Congress Street exit). Bear right while leaving the exit, then turn right onto 22 East. At the third set of traffic lights, turn left onto Valley Street, then left into our parking lot.
