• Payment: Deposit is equal to one night's lodging or 50% of a longer stay. Credit card reservations are processed at the time of reservation and do guarantee payment in full for the exact number of nights you have reserved. • Cancellation Policy: Notice must be received at least 30 days (before 4 p.m.) prior to scheduled arrival date to received refund. If cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, guest forfeits 100% of the deposit. If rooms are unable to be rebooked, guest will be charged the full amount of stay. All cancellations and changes are subject to $30.00 fee.
