  On summer and holiday weekends, minimum stay is 3 nights. On weekends in the spring and fall, minimum stay in all rooms is 2 nights.

• Check-in: after 3:00 p.m. (earlier if the room is available). Check-out: prior to 11:00 a.m.
• Payment: Deposit is one night's rate due at time of reservation. Credit card numbers are accepted for advance deposits; however, please note that your credit card will be charged at the time the reservation is made. All deposits are applied to the last night of a reservation. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.
• Cancellation Policy for Guest Rooms: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund, minus $25.00 cancellation fee. Non-refundable with less than 14 days' notice.
  Cancellations for Family Suites: Cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Non-refundable with less than 30 days' notice.
• Restrictions: No pets and no smoking facilities.
• Breakfast: A complimentary continental breakfast is served 7 days a week.
• Lunch/Dinner: Dinner on patio July and August. Dinner in dining room 7 days a week in season and 4 nights a week off season.
• Special Events at Inn: Accept bookings for weddings up to 50 people, receptions and conferences depending on the size of the event. Spa services.
• Recreation & Activities: A small outdoor pool with a large deck area is on the premises. Golf, tennis, deep sea fishing, whale watching, boating, biking, and horseback riding are all nearby.
• Recommended Local Restaurant: Award-winning Port Tavern and Grille on premises.
• Directions: Take the Maine Turnpike to Exit 19 (Wells). Turn left at light after exiting toll booth and follow to Route 1. Turn left at traffic light at the intersection of Route 1, heading north on Route 1. Follow 2 miles and turn right onto Route 9. Continue for 6 miles. After crossing bridge, you will enter Dock Square. The Inn is straight ahead on the left, about a block away. You should see the sign on the left. Turn left into the driveway. Free parking!
