• Payment: Full payment required as deposit for 1- and 2-night reservations, 50% on longer stays. Payment by credit card or personal check on deposits.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund, less a $25.00 bookkeeping charge. Refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival date or before scheduled departure date are given, less a $25.00 bookkeeping charge, if we are able to re-rent the room.
• Restrictions: No pets and no smoking. Social drinking permitted in moderation. Children 12 and older welcome in main house, and 8 of the cottage rooms welcome children of all ages.
• Breakfast: A full breakfast is served, can be delivered to most cottage rooms.
• Recommended Favorite Recipe: Janice's Oatmeal Apple Pancakes.
• Special Events at Inn: In the off season.
• Recreation & Activities: Tennis, swimming, golf, and fishing nearby.
• Attractions & Special Events: Kennebunk Beach, Seashore Trolley Museum, Brick Store Museum, Fun Town, and LL Bean in Freeport.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Grissini, White Barn Inn, Windows on the Water, Cape Arundel Inn, Mabel's Lobster Claw, and Arundel Wharf.
• Directions: I-95 (Maine Turnpike) to Kennebunkport exit, left on Route 35 South. Travel 6 miles to traffic light at intersection of Routes 35 and 9. Turn left onto Route 9 and proceed over small bridge into Kennebunkport. Continue on Route 9 to the T-intersection and turn right at the stop sign onto Maine Street. The Maine Stay is located 2/10 mile on the left.
  Maine Stay Inn is a 1.5-hour drive from Logan Airport, Boston and 45 minutes from Portland Jetport.
