• Rates: $129.00 to $319.00 plus 7% tax. Rates are based on single / double occupancy. Extra person in room is an additional $30.00 per person, per night. Rates subject to change without notice.

• Confirmation: We will e-mail, mail or fax you a confirmation as soon as we receive your deposit. Should you not receive one, it is your responsibility to contact us to ensure we have correct information on file.
• Check-in: between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Special arrangements for late check-ins can be made if we are contacted ahead of time. Check-out: 11:00 am
• Minimum Stay: Minimum stays may be required during peak periods. We have a two-night minimum stay on most summer weekends and holidays.

• Payment: Full payment required as deposit for 1- and 2-night reservations, 50% on longer stays. Payment by credit card or personal check on deposits. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Cash is also welcomed.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund, less a $25.00 bookkeeping charge. Refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival date or before scheduled departure date are given, less a $25.00 bookkeeping charge, if we are able to re-rent the room.
• Restrictions: No pets and no smoking. Social drinking permitted in moderation. Children age 12 and older welcome in main house, and eight of the cottage rooms welcome children of all ages. We are a family friendly vacation destination and have cribs available for a one time set-up fee of $10. Cribs may be used only in cottages #4, #5, #6, and #8, #9, #10, and #11. We have limited booster seats/high chairs available.
• Breakfast: A gourmet breakfast is served with different tasty faire everyday.

• Recreation & Activities: Tennis, swimming, golf, and fishing nearby. We are approximately 1.5 miles from the nearest sandy beach. Included in your room rental charges, we provide beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. Beach parking passes for Kennebunk and Kennebunkport, ME are available at our front desk.
• Attractions & Special Events: Kennebunk Beach, Seashore Trolley Museum, Brick Store Museum, Fun Town, and LL Bean in Freeport.
• Recommended Local Restaurants: Grissini, White Barn Inn, Windows on the Water, Cape Arundel Inn, Mabel's Lobster Claw, and Arundel Wharf.
• Directions: Interstate 95 to Maine Turnpike to Exit 25 (Kennebunk/Kennebunkport).
  Take a left onto Route 35 South.
  Follow Route 35 approximately 1.7 miles to traffic light at intersection with Route 1.
  Take a left at the traffic light onto Route 1 (which is also Route 35 South).
  Bear right at the next set of lights to continue on Route 35 South/9A toward Kennebunkport.
  Follow Route 35 South for another 3.5 miles to traffic light at intersection with Route 9 East.
  Turn left onto Route 9 East; continue through Lower Village Kennebunk, over the bridge into Kennebunkport's Dock Square.
  Continue through the square to the T-intersection and turn right at the stop sign onto Maine Street.
  The Maine Stay is 0.2 miles down the street on the left.
