• Rates: $185.00 to $395.00, based on double occupancy. Third person in room is $50.00 per night. There is a 10% discount on stays of 7 days or longer. • Payment: Deposit is 1 night's rate for stays of up to 3 nights. If staying 4 nights or more, deposit is 2 night's stay. Deposit must be received within 10 days of making reservation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 15 days (30 days for Christmas Prelude) prior to your scheduled arrival date to ensure a deposit refund. If a last-minute cancellation is necessary and we can re-rent the room to another guest over the entire reservation period, the same refund policy applies. (No refunds for rooms not re-rented.)

• Directions: From the Maine Turnpike, take Exit 25 (Kennebunk). After the toll booth, turn left onto Route 35 for approximately 5-1/2 miles. You will pass through the town of Kennebunk. Turn left at the intersection of Route 9 and 35 (Sunoco Station on the left) across the harbor bridge into Dock Square. Take an immediate right onto Ocean Avenue. Drive 9/10 of a mile; turn left in front of The Colony Hotel and right at the T-junction. Follow the signs for 3/10 of a mile to the Inn property.
