The Mooring
Bed and Breakfast

• Accommodations: 5 air-conditioned rooms, each with private bath and ocean view.
• Rates: $150.00 to $200.00 per night. Rates include full breakfast and daily maid service. Rates do not include 7% Maine Lodging Tax and are subject to change without notice.
• Open: May through October.

• Payment: 50% deposit required. Credit cards and checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure full refund, less a $25.00 processing fee. With less notice, there is no refund of deposit unless rooms are rented.
• Check-in: between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking.
• Breakfast: Full.
• Recommended Local Recipe: Egg Puff and Potato and Leek Frittata.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings, receptions, and small conferences.
• Recreation & Activities: Shopping, antiquing, hiking, fishing, and biking.
• Surrounding Attractions & Special Events: Reid State Park, Bowdoin College, Maine State Music Theatre, and L.L. Bean in Freeport (45 minutes).
• Recommended Local Restaurant: Robinhood Free Meetinghouse.
• Directions: Take Maine Turnpike to exit 44 (south Portland) and pick up 295 North. 295 North becomes 95 North again on the far side of Portland. Leave 95 North at exit 28 or 31, which becomes Route 1 North. Stay on Route 1 North and go over the bridge in Bath and take a right at the Dairy Queen. Follow 127 South for about 12 miles and turn right at the flag painted on the rock (Seguinland Road). The inn is 1/2 mile on the left.
