• Accommodations: 7 guestrooms, each with private bath. Two rooms have a gas fireplace, all rooms have air-conditioning. Rooms furnished with quilts, down comforters and antiques. Guest living room with gas fireplace, rocking chairs, TV, books and games. Front porch, brick patio, Adirondack chairs overlooking gardens.
• Rates: High Season: $125.00 to $200.00. Off Season: $105.00 to $175.00 double occupancy. Please add $20.00 per additional guest. Rates do not include 7% Maine sales tax. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Deposit & Payment: Deposit is a credit card guarantee. Full payment due upon arrival. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund of deposit (1 night's room tariff). If notice is received less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit deposit unless room is booked by another guest.
• Check-in: between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. (please make arrangements for later arrivals). Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: This is a non-smoking inn. Children 8 and older are welcome. There are no child care facilities a the Inn, children must be with parents/guardians at all times. Well-behaved dogs with current vaccinations are allowed in the Bowdoin Room (MUST call in advance, no walk-ins) with additional $20.00 fee.
• Breakfast: A full breakfast is served every morning (fruit, muffins, hot entree, coffee, tea, juice. Cold cereals also available). Please inform us of any food allergies when making reservations.
• Lunch/Dinner: We are happy to make suggestions and reservations for dinner at local restaurants.
• Special Recommended Recipe: Carrot Bran Muffins, ... Cheesy Potato Pie, and Apple-Ginger French Toast.
• Special Events at Inn: Lovely accommodations for wedding guests, reunions, Girls-Only weekends. Specials for New Year's Eve, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc.
• Recreation & Activities: Beaches, shopping, hiking, biking, bird-watching, day cruises, skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, sea-kayaking, and a theater are all nearby. (Less than 10 miles) Lessons available at LL Bean for many activities.
• Surrounding Attractions: Sparkle, Maine WinterFest, Maine Audubon, museums, ocean-front parks, concert venues, LL Bean and outlet shopping.

• Directions: From the South: Take I-95N to exit 52 (Falmouth). Continue North on I-295 to exit 22 (Freeport). Exit off I-295 and follow signs to Freeport Village (3/10 of a mile from exit ramp). At light turn left onto Main St/Rt 1, Inn parking area is an immediate right onto Chapel Street, driveway on left (look for White Cedar Inn sign).
