Bed and Breakfast

• Accommodations: 1 ocean view suite with queen bed, full private bath, private balcony, window seat, private sitting area with recliners, cable TV, stereo, wireless Internet access and coffee or tea setup.
• Open: Memorial weekend (end of May) thru October 31st.
• Rates: Rates vary seasonally from $150.00 to $175.00 plus 7% lodging tax, per night based on single/double occupancy. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Deposit equal to 1-night's stay or 50% of total stay required to confirm reservation. Reservations will be held open only for 3 business days for mailing deposit. Payment is accepted in cash, personal check or traveler's check.
• Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received a minimum of 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund minus a $20.00 service fee per night.
• Check-in: After 3:00 p.m. Please call if arrival is expected later than 7:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: Children 12 and over are welcome. No pets (Chester the cat in residence). No smoking in house; smoking allowed in designated areas only.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast with menu choice. When booking your reservation, please advise if vegetarian, any food allergies or special dietary restrictions.
• Recreation & Activities: Kayaks and canoe available for rental on premises. Nearby: Beaches, hiking, biking, day cruises, theater, LL Bean Outdoor Discovery Schools (paddling, fly fishing, outdoor photography, outdoor leadership, etc.), golf and tennis.
• Attractions & Special Events: Outlet Shopping in Freeport, Wolf Neck Woods State Park, LL Bean, Yarmouth Clam Festival, and discovering the Maine coast.
• Directions: From Freeport Village: Follow Interstate 295 or US Route 1 to Freeport village. Across from LL Bean turn onto Bow Street which becomes Flying Point Road. After 3 miles, turn right onto Wolf Neck Road. Proceed 1 mile to Birch Point Road on the right. Take the gravel road & follow it to the end to #93 and a sign for Wolf Neck B&B.
