- Rates: $60.00 to $100.00 per night. Efficiencies with kitchen/kitchenette facilities available for weekly rental winter months only (mid-October to mid-May). Call for per week rates. Rates are subject to change without notice.

There is a three-day minimum stay over July 4th.

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 3 days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive refund of deposit, less a $10.00 cancellation fee.
- Restrictions: No smoking. Children and pets welcome.
- Breakfast: Full self-service breakfast -- juice, fruit coffee/tea, granolas/cereals, and home-made muffins. Breads and strata.
- Favorite Recipe: Todd House Blueberry Muffins.
- Special Events at Inn: Can accommodate small events (25 to 50 people).
- Recreation & Activities: Large stone barbecue, nearby tennis and swimming. Boating, fishing, whale watching, and hiking all close by.
- Attractions & Special Events: Reversing Falls, Old-sow whirlpool, beach combing, boat rides, whale and bird watching, historic town maps.
- Recommended Local Restaurants: Eastport Chowder House, Happy Crab (207) 853-9400, La Sardina Loca (207) 853-4700; and Waco (207) 853-4046 for local color.
- Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Lovely old homes, local crafts people and stores, friendly people, museum with genealogy room, beautiful scenery, Salmon Festival, 4th of July celebration, and Todd House collection of local historical items.
