• Accommodations: Eight guest accommodations, including a suite and 4 guest rooms which convert into 2 additional suites. All rooms have private baths; 4 guest rooms have woodburning fireplaces. Two rooms have two-person heated Jacuzzi tubs overlooking woodburning fireplaces in the bedrooms. See photos and room descriptions.
• Handicapped Accommodations: 1 room is handicapped accessible (ADA standards with an outdoor access ramp).

• Reservation Procedures: We guarantee reservation and secure this guaranty with the guest's credit card. We do not debit charge cards in advance for deposits; we merely "hold" the credit card information.
• Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your reservation, notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid charge. If you must cancel within this 14-day period prior to scheduled arrival, we will not debit charge your credit card as long as we are able to rebook the reserved accommodations with other parties at the same nightly rate. If you arrive after the first day of your original reservation date without notifying us in advance or leave early, we will charge the applicable portion against your credit card. There is also a $15.00 per room cancellation processing fee.
• Payment: Payment can be taken care of with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, but cash, checks, or traveler's checks are preferred.
• Restrictions: Children welcome with advance inquiry. Pets admitted selectively with a charge of $15.00 per night. . No smoking anywhere in the Inn.
• Breakfast: A complimentary full breakfast is served in the dining room each morning between 8:00 am and 9:30 am.. Room service provided for handicapped guests.
• Recommended Favorite Recipe: Six Week Muffins.
• Languages Spoken: Some Spanish and English.
• Special Events at Inn: Small conferences are welcome at the Inn for parties of six to eight.
• Recreation & Activities: Ocean beaches, tennis, golf, hiking, skiing, sailing charters, guided fishing, old forts, lighthouses, birding (American bald eagles), sea kayaking, whale watching, antiquing, art galleries, museums, and shopping at L.L. Bean and the Freeport outlets.

• Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: We have American bald eagles along our river, the Kennebec. Also, the Kennebec is a major breeding ground for Striped Bass, with many anglers using fly rods. Bluefish are in abundance as well.
