Bed and Breakfast

• Accommodations: 6 guest rooms, each with private bath. Two suites included; one suite with ground-floor access. The whole house is available to rent anytime with full breakfast and housekeeping services.
• B&B Rates: $95.00 to $225.00 per night. Tax and tips extra. Discounts for extended stays and full house rentals. Rates subject to change without notice.
• Vacation Rental Rates: Whole House Rates $2,100.00 for weekend (Fridays and Saturday nights) $5,978 per week (Sunday - Saturday) No bed and breakfast services. Renter does own housekeeping, plus cleans the room when departing. Kitchen and refrigerator are available for food preparation and storage.
• Writer and Artist Retreat: From Mid-October to May, special writers/artists' retreat Call for rates..

• Payment: Reservations held with Visa and MasterCard. Personal checks and cash are requested for full payment. 25% deposit required for longer stays or whole house rentals.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least two weeks prior to scheduled arrival date or two months for whole house rentals.
• Restrictions: Smoking outside only. Well-managed dogs and cats (no monkeys!) welcome -- bring crates/pet beds/litter boxes; $25.00 for first pet, $10.00 for second pet. No pets in the beds, owners must poop-scoop, no pets left alone in rooms, pets must be leashed. (We have one cool cat with a huge, welcoming purr.) Children welcome.
• Breakfast: Full, nutritious, delicious breakfasts, featuring our own organic fruits and vegetables. We also cater to vegetarian and gluten-free diets.
• Special Recommended Recipes: Breakfast Fruit Smoothies, ... Jeweled Fruit,... Eggs Bené, ... Fancy Schmancy Omelettes, and Special Whole Wheat Pancake Mix.
• Languages Spoken: English, Spanish, rudimentary French, and German.

The beach, golf, tennis, cruises, charters, sailing, sea kayaking, swimming, cross-country skiing and nature walks only minutes away. Striper (surf and charter) fishing on the Kennebec River and on ocean beaches.
