• Payment: Deposit is 50% the stay. Personal checks, travelers, checks, and cash preferred for payment.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date for a deposit refund, less a $30.00 cancellation fee. After that time or with an early departure, you are responsible for any of the reservation that is not rebooked.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Young adults 15 and older welcome.
• Breakfast: Full.

• Directions: Follow signs for Route 209 South from Bath. Once you pass Junction 217, look for Popham Beach sign, then follow signs for Popham Beach Bed and Breakfast, making a left and still following Route 209 to Fort Popham. When arriving in the village of Popham Beach, the bay will be on your left. On the right, you will pass Popham Beach Chapel; shortly after the chapel, make a right onto Sea Street. Follow Sea Street, taking the sharp bend towards the left. Sea Street runs into Surf Street. Once you take the bend in the road, you will see the station on your left with the distinctive red roof and tower at the end of paved roadway.
