Ingredients:

12 slices bread (crust removed, cubed)

1 cup diced green pepper

1/3 cup finely minced onion

1-1/2 cups grated cheddar and Monterey Jack with jalapeno cheese

1/2 to 1 pound sausage

7 eggs

1 teaspoon salt

3 teaspoons dry mustard

3 cups milk

Place cubed bread on bottom of pan. After sauteing pepper, onion, and sausage, sprinkle on top of bread. Cover with grated cheese. Next pour mixture of eggs, salt, mustard, and milk over the bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight (can be made ahead except for egg mixture and frozen). Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
