The building once provided lodging for
travelers crossing the Wicomico by horse to Quantico,
Salisbury, and Princess Anne and by steamship to ports as far
as Baltimore. Today it carries that tradition of hospitality.
Boaters: hotel guests may dock at the Hotel's dock.
The romantic village of Whitehaven is an
ideal place for an intimate wedding or reception.
The Hotel's two dining rooms and parlor can
accommodate up to 50 guests. If the weather permits a tented
reception, a slightly larger event is possible. Additional
lodging is nearby if your party exceeds the accommodations at
Whitehaven Hotel. |
