• Payment: Deposit for B&B is 1 night's rate. Deposit for cottage is 50% of rental amount (balance due 2 weeks before arrival); damage deposit for cottage (due with final payment) is $450.00. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cashier's checks, and money orders accepted; personal checks accepted up to 30 days before arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: B&B: Cancellation notice must be received prior to 7 days before scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $25.00 processing fee.
  Cottage: Notice of changes or cancellations must be received prior to 30 days before scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a a $50.00 administrative fee; deposits are forfeited for any changes or cancellations made less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, regardless of reason.
• Check-in: 3:00 until 9:00 p.m. for B&B; 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. for Cottage. Check-out: 12:00 noon for B&B; 10:00 a.m. for Cottage.
• Restrictions: No pets. Only 2 persons per room (7 persons in Cottage). Smoking only on porch or outdoors.
• Breakfast: Full Gourmet breakfast for B&B guests.
• Lunch/Dinner: Lunches and dinners for retreat; pig roasts and BBQs for groups.

• Directions: 3 hours from From the Baltimore/DC Area: Take I-70 West to I-68 West. Follow I-68 West to exit 14A Take Rt. 219 South for exactly 21 miles. Our driveway is on the left hand side on 219. Look for windmill on mailbox. Haley Farm is on the left hand side.
  2 hours From Pittsburgh: Take I-79 South, then I-68 East to Maryland exit 4 (Friendsville). Take Rt. 42 South to 219 South. Go over bridge on 219 and then go exactly 5 more miles and Haley Farm is on left side on Rt. 219. Look for windmill on mailbox.
