• Payment: Guest charges are payable on check in and require a credit card guarantee in advance. Deposits are required for extended stays. Major credit cards accepted.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund of deposit less a $30.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 10 days will forfeit 1 nights stay unless the room can be rebooked.
• Restrictions: Non-smoking establishment. No pets. Children age 15 and older welcomed.
• Breakfast: full breakfast for B&B guests. Vacation Rental guests have a fully-equipped kitchen.
• Special Events at Inn: can arrange a beautiful bouquet, champagne, chocolate-dipped strawberries, or a colorful fruit basket. Let us know what you have in mind. We will do our best to accommodate your special occasion.
