Clams, oysters, striped bass (or, as Marylanders call it, "rockfish") and the ever popular blue crab are a few of the delicacies served in restaurants throughout our great State. Maryland takes pride in its fresh seafood, as well as its poultry and produce, and each of the State's restaurants and inns has a unique way of preparing local specialties.
