• Payment: Reservations are confirmed at the time of booking by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards. Cash and checks are accepted at check-in.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a full refund. With 3 to 14 days notice prior to scheduled arrival date, a one night's rate plus taxes is charged. If cancellation notice is received within 3 days of scheduled arrival date or no-show, then the full amount of reservation plus tax is charged.
• Check-in: 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. (other arrangements can be made.) Check-out: 11:00 am (flexible if room is not reserved.
• Restrictions: Small to mid-size dogs are allowed in the Kingfisher Cottage and the Allegheny Room with advance notice. Some restrictions apply. Call for details. The Inn is a Smoke-Free Establishment. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Children welcomed.
• Breakfast: A three course gourmet breakfast is included in all daily room rates. Special dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice (vegetarian, vegan, kosher, gluten-free, non-dairy, diabetic, allergies etc.)
• Special Events at Inn: Fly fishing specials. Fish on premises - on the banks of the Casselman River. We can book your tickets at a discount to Kentuck Knob, Fallingwater and the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad.
• Recreation & Activities: Day spas, kayaking, rafting, fishing, horseback riding, hiking, Deep Creek Lake with swimming, fishing, boating, and sailing. New Germany State Park, the Great Allegheny Passage, Wisp Ski and Golf Resort for downhill skiing and golf. State parks with hiking, waterfalls, and cross-country skiing.

• Directions: From I-68 West, take Exit 22, turn right at the stop sign continuing on to the stop light at Alt. 40 (National Highway). Turn left onto Alt. 40 and go 2 miles. Casselman Road forks to the right just before the metal road bridge. Drive between Penn Alps and Stanton Mill signs. Inn is directly ahead on the right.
  From I-68 East, take Exit 19 and turn left to Grantsville. Turn right at Alt Rte.40 (Main Street) in Grantsville and go 1 mile. Immediately past the metal Casselman River Bridge, turn left into Penn Alps Restaurant parking lot. The Stonebow Inn is directly ahead on the other side of the lot.
