• Payment: A 50% deposit or first night's stay, whichever is greater, is required immediately upon reservation. Deposit is applied to last night's stay. Personal checks and cash accepted. Sorry, no credit cards.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. Within 48 hours of scheduled arrival, deposit is non-refundable. The total room cost will be billed for last-minute cancellations and for "no shows." 10% service charge for refunds.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Children age 13 or older are welcome. Sorry, no pets. Drinking permitted.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast.
• Lunch/Dinner: Available upon request.
• Languages Spoken: Some Spanish and English.
• Special Events at Inn: Some events; please inquire.
