• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date or rooms must be re-rented to avoid charge of one night's rate to credit card. A $30.00 fee applies to all cancellations.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Not suitable for children.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast in dining room. We will seek to accommodate dietary needs or other restrictions if stated in advance.
• Recreation & Activities: Sailing and boating. Walking tours, museums, and the shoreline.
• Attractions & Special Events: Annapolis Historic District, Maryland State Capitol building, St. John's College, and U.S. Naval Academy.

• Directions: From Route 50 East or West, take Exit 24 (Rowe Boulevard). After the second light, get into the right lane on Rowe Blvd. as you cross the bridge, then bear right. Proceed straight through the light onto Northwest Street. At the next light, turn right onto Church Circle. Go around the Circle and make a right turn onto Duke of Gloucester Street just before the Maryland Inn. Georgian House is the first house just past Conduit Street, on the left side of Duke of Gloucester. Turn left after the house into the Parking Garage.
