• Accommodations: 1 large room and 1 suite, each with private bath.
• Rates: $150.00 for each room, subject to 6% state tax. $25.00 for extra person in room. Rates subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.

  There is a minimum stay of 2 nights on weekends and 3 nights for boatshows.

• Payment: A first nights's deposit is required by personal check. No credit cards accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure refund of deposit. For less than 10 days' notice, a refund is given if the room is subsequently rerented to someone else. All refunds subject to a $10.00 booking fee.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children are welcome.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast. Some of the specialties served are Eggs Benedict and French toast made with homemade cinnamon-raisin bread, topped with sauteed bananas. Blueberry pancakes, Belgian waffles, and a choice of eggs or omelettes add to a hearty menu. Fruit in season is always served with the breakfasts.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Morning Breakfast Apricot Bread, ... Easy Lemonade Pie, and Baked Annapolis Seafood Casserole.
• Recreation & Activities: Tennis and Golf nearby. Dock facilities, canoes, kayak, swimming, and fishing - perch, pickerel, and rock fish (sea bass).
• Attractions & Special Events: U.S. Naval Academy, historic Annapolis, and Chesapeake Bay. Both Baltimore and Washington, D.C. are close by with car.
