- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation
notice must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival
date for refund of deposit, otherwise room will be charged at full
rate unless we are able to rebook the room.

directions.

1-1/2 miles from the beach. Located on Buzzard's Bay -- excellent
sailing, boating, and sea kayaking. 20 minutes from Cape Cod, 40
minutes from Newport, 45 minutes from Providence and 55 minutes from
Boston.
- Recommended Local Restaurants: Sippican
Cafe (local favorite, great menu - changes daily, wonderful
desserts, BYOB) - 167 Spring St., Marion and Gateway Tavern - Route
6, Wareham.
- Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Walk
through the village, which still looks like a turn-of-the-century
New England seaside town. Marion is the sailing center of Buzzards
Bay.
- Directions: From the South: take
I-195 east, from Providence towards Cape Cod. Exit at Marion (Exit
20). Turn left. You are on Front Street (Route 105) heading north,
towards Rochester. The Inn is a 1/2 mile on the right. Our number
599, is on the mailbox. Watch for 591, which is the house
immediately before our drive. If you miss our drive, the next sign
on the right is for Pinewood Drive. Turn around and come back.
From Boston: take I-495 to Exit 1, which is
Wareham-Marion. You will be on I-195. Exit #20, Marion. This exit is
only 5 miles from I-495. Turn left after you exit. You will be on
Front Street, which is Route 105. The house is 1/2 mile from the
interstate, and the number is 599 on the mailbox. If you pass the
house you will come to Pinewood Drive. Turn around and come back.
