• Rates: $150.00 to $315.00 per night. Special Romance in Lenox, Spa Indulgence, and Fun For Foodies' Packages, as well as special occasion packages. Rates are subject to change without notice.

  There is a 3-night minimum stay on summer weekends and most holidays and a 2-night minimum stay on weekends throughout the rest of the year.

• Payment: Deposit of one night's lodging is required. Most major credit cards and checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice or change in reservation must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival for refund of deposit, less 10% of total stay service charge per room. Cancellations made within the 14-day period will be charged for the full amount of the reserved stay unless hosts are able to rebook the room. (A longer cancellation period is in effect for July, August, September and October, as well as for groups of three rooms or more.)
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Arrangements must be made for late arrivals. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: Children 12 and over are welcome. Smoking is not permitted. Well-behaved dogs (small- to medium-sized, $25.00 daily fee) are welcome if availability permits; Golden Retriever service dog in residence.
• Breakfast: A full country breakfast is served daily and is included in the room rate.
