• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. If notice is received within 21 days of scheduled arrival date, a house credit in the amount of the deposit (less $25.00 fee) is issued for future use. If notice is received within 72 hours of scheduled arrival, deposit will be forfeited.
