• Accommodations: 15 rooms, including a 2-room suite, each with private bath; 9 have fireplaces, and 3 have whirlpool tubs. 2 rooms are completely handicap accessible.
• Rates: All rates are based on double occupancy. Extra person is $25.00 per night. Weekend rates apply when a concert is performed midweek in the Shed at Tanglewood. Holiday weekends are $10.00 more per night. Rates do not include Massachusetts tax and are subject to change without notice.

  During Tanglewood season and on some weekends and holidays during the year, a minimum stay may be required.

• Payment: In July and August, a 50% deposit is required; the rest of the year, deposit is 1 night's stay. Credit cards accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: From Labor Day - Last June Weekend: Cancellation notice must be received at least 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit less a $35.00 cancellation fee per room. For cancellations or changes made with less notice (including late arrival and early departure), you are responsible for the full value of the reservation. If room is rebooked, you will be refunded the rebooked portion, less a $35.00 cancellation fee per room.
  From Last June Weekend - Labor Day: Cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit less a fee equal to 10% of the entire reservation. For cancellations or changes made with less notice (including late arrival and early departure), you are responsible for the full value of the reservation. • Check-in: begins at 3:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 7:00 p.m., please call, so that we can make special arrangements for you. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking anywhere on the premises. Children 15 and older are welcome. As a courtesy to other guests, cell phones may be used only in the privacy of your room.
• Breakfast: Full buffet.

  From points South: New York Thruway to Exit 21A or the Taconic Parkway to the end. Travel east on Rte. 90 to the Mass. Turnpike, Exit 2 (Lee). Turn right onto Rte. 20 West to a left turn onto Rte. 183 (also called Walker Street). Proceed to large monument in Lenox and make a sharp left onto Old Stockbridge Rd. The Police station is on your left. Travel down the hill to Hawthorne St., first right turn.
  From points West: From Albany, take Rte. 90 east to Mass. Turnpike Exit 2. Follow directions above.
