Nautical Room
The Nautical Room is a cozy accommodation with a four-poster queen-size bed opposite a working fireplace. A comfortable chair with footstool is placed next to the fireplace for your reading comfort. The large, sunny private bathroom was recently renovated. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are decorated in a blue and white nautical theme with lighthouses, wooden sailing ships and even an old lobster trap from the Cabot Trail.

Equestrian Room (pictured above left)
This large, sunny room is comfortably furnished with a queen-size sleigh bed, an antique oak dresser, a rocking chair and an oversized easy chair ottoman combination made for relaxing. The modern bathroom was recently renovated. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are in an equestrian theme with decorating touches from Ireland.

The European Suite
This sizeable, elegantly decorated suite, consists of a private sitting room decorated with plants, original oil paintings, an oriental carpet, a cozy sofa in front of a working fireplace and an antique Clavier Desk. The bedroom with eleven windows facing the back gardens and woods ( especially glorious in the fall) has a four poster queen-size rice bed and an easy chair with an ottoman for late night reading. The recently renovated bathroom is sunny and spacious. This wonderful Suite is a favorite with honeymooners and those celebrating special occasions as well as those here for extended stays. Our New York guests often tell us this suite is larger than their apartments!

The Oriental Suite
The Oriental Suite is comprised of two large bedrooms overlooking the front and side gardens. The main bedroom has a queen-size brass bed, oriental artwork and an antique Victorian sofa. A working fireplace sits opposite the foot of the bed.

The second bedroom (shown left) is furnished with two twin beds, an antique dresser and a cozy love seat. This suite may be rented as a suite (both bedrooms) to accommodate four guests or we will rent either bedroom alone for 2 quests with private bath.
