• Accommodations: 3 suites, each with private bath and kitchen; one has a fireplace. Beds are extremely comfortable, with 100% cotton linens.
• Rates: $170.00 per night ($150.00 per night and $1,000 per week for *independent guests-Vacation Rental) - $40.00 for adults and $25.00 for children per additional person after two. There are no additional taxes. The upstairs or downstairs may be rented for vacations (both have full kitchens) by the week; rates available upon request. Some guests prefer the privacy and convenience of being *independent, thereby not partaking of the breakfast. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum Stay: A 2-night minimum is generally required on weekends May through October - some exceptions but there is a one night surcharge of 25 dollars for one night stays throughout the year.

• Check-in: after 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. We ask that you call a day ahead to confirm your arrival time. Thank you!
• Payment: Two nights' lodging or 50% of total, whichever is greater, required to confirm reservation. Weddings, holidays, long weekends, and Commencement and parent weekends must be prepaid in full. Balance due upon arrival. MasterCard, Visa, Cash, good personal checks in advance of visit, money orders, travelers' checks and cashier checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 21 days (except weddings, holidays, long weekends, and Commencement and parent weekends, which are non-refundable unless rooms are re-booked) prior to scheduled arrival date for refund, minus handling fee. If cancellation is made less than 14 days of scheduled arrival date, deposits/payments are refundable only if we book all the rooms again.
• Restrictions: Inquire about children. Smoking is not permitted. Drinking alcohol is OK. No pets. We have beautiful hardwood floors, so please bring slippers to wear inside, which will help maintain peace and quiet in this quaint country retreat. We do not wear shoes inside.
• Breakfast: Continental certified-organic vegetarian / vegan complementary Breakfast
• Special Events at Inn: Extended stays such as retreats. Innkeeper Carol designs and creates wonderful flower arrangements and displays for special occasions and weddings.
• Recreation & Activities: Swimming, rock climbing, skiing, snowshoeing, golf, hiking, and biking.
• Attractions & Special Events: Mountains, festivals, antique shops, great bookstores, live music, yoga workshops, writing workshops, open artist studios, colleges (Smith College is 15 minutes away), museums, Magic Wings Butterfly Conservatory, historic towns, and gardens.
