• Rates: Mid-summer rates range from $295.00 per night for a studio to $1,705.00 per night for a Penthouse Suite. Rates shown are per night unless otherwise noted. Rates do not include 5% Massachusetts state tax and 4.7% local rooms tax and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Reservations made prior to May 1 require a deposit equal to 50% of stay, due within 10 days of booking (balance due on May 1). After May 1, full payment is due at time of booking. Travelers' and personal checks, money orders, and cash accepted before May 1; only Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted after May 1.
• Cancellation Policy: Winnetu Oceanside Resort cancellation policies vary by season. For cancellations for stays between June 22 – September 2, 2007, there are no refunds unless your reserved space is rebooked and the entire Winnetu is sold-out for the full period of your stay (less a 10% cancellation fee). For cancellations for stays before June 22 and after September 2, 2007, made more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made 30-60 days prior to your arrival date, there is a cancellation fee of $150.00. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, there are no refunds unless your reserved space is rebooked and the entire Inn is sold out for the full period of your stay. There is a 10% cancellation fee.
• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets. Preferred non-smoking property. Children welcome.
• Dining: Light breakfast and lunch takeout available from on-site restaurant (Lure). Limited breakfast available during the off-season. Winnetu General Store has basic breakfast and lunch items. Casually elegant dining with seafood specialties offered for dinner at Lure. New addition, the Osprey Room, is family friendly. Lounge also available.
• Special Events at Inn: Meetings, retreats, conferences, weddings, family reunions, rehearsal dinners, bridal/baby showers, and other special event parties in on-site facilities.
• Recreation & Activities: 11 acres of landscaped grounds, croquet, putting green, heated outdoor pool, private tennis club with pro, private path to beach (250 yards), complimentary kid's day program, life-size outdoor chess, fitness room, yoga classes, massage services, and library with fireplace. Whale watching tour, Cape Cod canoe and kayaking tours, day trips to Nantucket, bike rentals, outdoor pool, and bike tours of Martha's Vineyard.
• Attractions & Special Events: 250 yards to South Beach, on the bike and jogging path to Edgartown center, and many Island events close by.
