• Accommodations: 10 guest rooms, all with private en-suite bathrooms, most with Jacuzzis, cable TV and VCR with an in-house video library, air conditioning, private in-room phones, WiFi on-site, bathrobes, hair dryer, iron with board, and other amenities. Some room have a fireplace and or an outdoor deck.
• Rates: $140.00 to $295.00 per night, double occupancy. The local 9.7% tax is not included. Additional person charge is $30.00. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Check-in: 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. or please call. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Payment: Credit card number and one night deposit required for most reservations at the time of booking. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received no less than fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. For cancellations received less than fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the entire reservation is non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the room. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Rescheduling a reservation is subject to a $25.00 change fee.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets. Children 12 and over welcome if appropriate accommodation is available (subject to a fee of $25.00 per extra person in the room).
• Breakfast: Full breakfast.

• Directions: From The West: Take Route 495 South to Route 25 East - Follow to Exit 2, Route 6 (Provincetown-Hyannis) - Follow signs for Route 6 East (Hyannis) - Cross the Sagamore Bridge onto Rte 6 East toward Hyannis - Follow Rte 6 East and get off at Exit 8 (So. Yarmouth) - Bear right off the exit ramp onto Station Avenue - Follow Station Avenue for 2.1 miles to the Yield Sign - Continue straight and you will immediately come to the Intersection of Rte 28 - Continue straight through the intersection - The Captain Farris House is about one block on your right - Park in our lot across the street, and come in the front door.
  From Boston: From Boston Follow Route 93S to Route 3S - Follow Rte 3 South and cross the Sagamore Bridge onto - Rte 6 East toward Hyannis - Follow Rte 6 East and get off at Exit 8 (So. Yarmouth) - Take a right off the exit ramp onto Station Avenue - Follow Station Avenue for 2.1 miles to the Yield Sign - Continue straight and you will immediately come to the - Intersection of Rte 28 - Continue straight through. - The Captain Farris House is about one block on your right - Park in our lot across the street, and come in the front door. - It takes about 1-1/2 Hours from Boston to our door.
  From The South: Take Route 95N to Providence, RI - From Providence take Rte 195 E (to Cape Cod) to Rte 25 - Take Exit 2 off Route 25 (Route 6 Provincetown-Hyannis) - Follow Signs For Route 6 East Hyannis - Cross the Sagamore Bridge on to Rte 6 East toward Hyannis - Follow Rte 6 East and get off at Exit 8 (So. Yarmouth) - Bear right off the exit ramp onto Station Avenue - Follow Station Avenue for 2.1 miles to the Yield Sign - Continue straight and you will immediately come to the - Traffic light intersection of Rte 28 - Continue straight through the intersection - The Captain Farris House is about one block on your right - Park in our lot across the street, and come in the front door. - We are about 1-1/2 hours from Providence.
