The Colonial House Inn, on the north shore of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, has carefully preserved the tradition of dining and hospitality for over twenty years. The rates range from $90.00 to $155.00 per couple, including breakfast and dinner (full menu).

Originally constructed in the 1730's and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the New England home has been extensively renovated to provide custom bed and breakfast hotel lodging to visitors of Cape Cod.

The Colonial House offers 21 guestrooms, each with private bath and a view of the grounds. Accommodations are located in the main building as well as in the renovated Carriage House, which boasts an enclosed widow's walk with a 360-degree bird's-eye view of historic Yarmouth Port. Accommodations are adorned with antiques and thoughtful furnishings, with every room an individual effort. The restaurant is open seven days a week and serves lunch and dinner, as well as Sunday brunch. Dining is continental, with an elegant, yet casual atmosphere. The a la carte menu offers a wide selection of entrees, complemented by an extensive wine cellar and daily specials chosen by the chef. The Hugh S. Clark Conference Center's venue for meetings, seminars, weddings, and other social gatherings can accommodate up to 150 people.
