• Accommodations: 3 rooms, each with private bath. The Green and Blue bathrooms are ensuite, and the Quilt bathroom is in hall, just outside the bedroom door. Both the Quilt and Blue rooms have ocean views. In addition to the three guest rooms, please consider the newly renovated two-bedroom, two and a half bathroom Carriage House for weekly stays, ideal for family vacation. • Amenities: include wireless Internet access, a computer with a printer, LCD TV's, DVD players and movies, radio alarm clocks, robes, hairdryers an iron, and two guest refrigerators.

• Rates: Daily rates are based on double occupancy per room, with breakfast included. The cost for an extra child (must be 10 years +) in the same room is $40.00 per night. No additional room tax applies. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: The required deposit is one-half of the entire charge, with the balance due on arrival, in the form of cash, travelers check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
• Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date, unless we are able to re-book the room for the entire period. In that case, we will be happy to issue a refund minus a $25.00 booking fee.
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please call if your arrival is delayed. Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking in the house. Children age 10 and older welcome.

• Attractions & Special Events: Located on Ipswitch Bay in Cape Ann. Maritime Heritage Center, The Man at the Wheel statue, art colonies, museums and galleries, Cape Ann Symphony, Rockport Chamber Music Festival (every weekend in June), weekly bandstand concerts in Gloucester and Rockport (summer), local dance and theater companies, and antique shops in Essex and Rowley. Wide variety of restaurants. Rockport 10 minutes, Salem 20 minutes, and Boston 1 hour away.
• Directions: From Logan Airport/Boston: Take Rte. 1A North, to Rte. 60 West, to Rte. 1 North, to Rte. 128 North. Follow Rte. 128 to the first rotary, Grant Circle. Go 3/4 of the way around, taking the 3rd exit. The sign reads "Rte. 127 Annisquam, Pigeon Cove." That's Washington Street. Stay on Washington Street/Rte.127 for 4-1/2 miles. You'll reach the small village center of Lanesville with 10 or so small shops. After you pass the last shop on the left, go one short block further, and then bear left onto Andrews Street. Lanes Cove House is the 2nd building on the left. It's #6, and is painted blue with pink and red trim.
  From Massachusetts Turnpike/South: Take Rte. 95 North. As you approach exit 45, stay in the left three lanes. Take Rte. 128 North toward Gloucester. Once you're on Rte. 128, continue with the directions above.
  From Northern New England: Either take Rte. 93 South to where it intersects with Rte. 95 North and continue to Rte. 128 North, or take Rte. 95 South to where it intersects with Rte. 128 North. In either case, continue as above.
