• Accommodations: 3 rooms with private baths; 1 apartment with small studio kitchen and bath; and a 3-bedroom cottage with kitchen, full bath, and deck (cottage guests need to bring their own linens and towels).
• Rates: Prices for guest rooms are per room, single or double occupancy, and include our expanded continental breakfast buffet. Extra person $15.00 per night in the apartment only. Rates do not include state and local occupancy taxes of 9.7% and are subject to change without notice.

• Check-in: 2:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Payment: A 50% deposit is required in advance to hold a reservation. Room will be held, pending receipt of deposit, until 10 days prior to arrival. Checks and credit cards accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Please try to notify the inn as soon as possible if you must cancel your reservation. Deposits will be returned, less a $10.00 processing fee, only if the room is rebooked for those nights. If your hosts are unable to rebook the room, they cannot refund your deposit.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children 10 and older welcome. Children under 16 years of age must share a room with a parent. Young children welcome in apartment and cottage upon approval.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast buffet, included in rates for B&B rooms, is available in the dining room from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. If your plans require you to leave the inn before 8:30, please let us know so we can provide you with hot coffee or tea and pastries for the road.
• Recreation & Activities: Beaches for swimming and strolling, walking and biking trails, tennis, golf, and boating nearby.
• Attractions & Special Events: Galleries, restaurants, National Seashore, live music, Wellfleet Harbor Actor's Theatre, and Provincetown.
• Directions: From the Sagamore Bridge: Follow Route 6 to Wellfleet. When you get to the sign directing you to Wellfleet Town Center and Harbor, make a left. This intersection is well marked and has a traffic light with a left-turn lane. You will now be on Main Street. Proceed 0.3 mile on Main Street until you get to an intersection with a rowboat that welcomes you to Wellfleet. Make the left at the boat (towards the harbor); you are now on East Commercial Street. Continue 0.5 mile further and you will see The Stone Lion Inn on your right. If you get to the marina, you have passed it. Look for the sign.
