Ingredients:

3/4 cup butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3 eggs

1-1/2 cups granulated sugar

3 Tablespoons flour

3 Tablespoons lemon juice

Mix butter, powdered sugar, and 1-1/2 cups flour in a food processor; blend until dough sticks together. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown on edges.

While baking the crust, blend eggs, granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, and lemon juice in the food processor. Pour over baked crust and bake another 20 to 30 minutes until top is set. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and cut into squares while still warm.

Yield: about 48 squares
