• Payment: Deposit is equal to one night's stay; balance due at check-in. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received more than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, minus $35.00 processing fee, except for certain high-season weekends, during which special time limits apply. If notice is not received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, there will be no refund of deposit unless room can be rented to someone else.
• Restrictions: Children welcome. Pets allowed in certain rooms on a case-by-case basis. Smoking only allowed outside. Consumption of alcoholic beverages allowed (BYOB).
• Handicapped Facilities/Accessible: Entire 1st level, including special handicapped accessible bedroom with private bath, ADA compliant stairchair to access entire second floor.
• Breakfast: Full multi-course gourmet breakfast every day.
• Lunch/Dinner: Available by request with advance notice.

  From East: I-90 (Massachusetts Turnpike) to Exit 4 (I-91). Follow direction from the South above.
