• Payment: All reservations guaranteed with credit card (credit card is not run through until guest arrives). Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, and checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date for 100% refund and 4 days prior to scheduled arrival date for 50% refund. Forfeit 100% if cancellation is within 3 days of scheduled arrival date.
• Restrictions: No smoking in the inn. Children welcome. Well-behaved dogs welcome -- $25.00 additional one-time fee for each dog.
• Breakfast: Continental on weekdays; full on weekends.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Brandt House Banana Bread and Ellen's Blueberry Muffins.
• Special Events at Inn:Weddings, showers, family reunions, receptions, conferences, corporate retreats, and anniversaries.

• Directions: Traveling West From Boston: traveling West on Route 2, take first Greenfield exit (2A) three miles to blinking light. Go through light, bear left onto Crescent Street. go 0.1 mile to the intersection of Crescent and Highland. Stay straight onto Highland Avenue. The Brandt House is the fifth house on the left.
  Directions traveling North, South, or East: From Route I-91 (exit 26 or 27), Route 2 east and Route 5-10, follow well-marked exits and signs for The Greenfield Center. Go east on Main Street to the end. Bear right at blinking light onto Crescent Street. Go 0.1 mile to intersection of Crescent and Highland. Stay straight onto Highland; fifth house on your left.
