• Payment: For 1-night stays, deposit is full amount; for longer stays, deposit is 1/2 the room rate. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and checks accepted.
• Check-in: 3:00 pm Check-out: 11:00 am A late check-out may be arranged when possible for an additional fee of 1/2 room rate.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival for refund of deposit minus a $25.00 per room service charge.
• Restrictions: Pets allowed in guest cottage. Children over 12 welcome. Smoking outside only.
• Breakfast: Full.

• Directions: From New York and points South: Take the Taconic Pkwy. or the New York Thruway to Route 90. Head west to the Mass. Pike. Then follow the directions below.
  From Mass. Pike and points East and West: Take Exit 2 off the Mass. Pike. After toll, bear right toward the town of Lee, (Route 20 / Housatonic Street) Follow into town to first stop sign. (Landmarks are the park on right, and Elling Hardware on the left.) Go straight onto West Park Street (which becomes Stockbridge Road) Continue on this road for 0.9 mile. The inn is on the left.
