Cape Cod Bed and Breakfast

• Accommodations: 1 bedroom carriage suite with king bed and private bath, fireplace, double-whirlpool, mini kitchen with microwave and refrigerator, coffee maker, Cable TV, DVD player, iPod docking station and off-street parking.
• Rates: $225.00 to $275.00 per night, depending on season. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.

• Minimum stay is 2 nights on Friday and Saturday and 3 nights on long weekends.

• Payment: When reservations are booked 2 months or more in advance, we require a non-refundable deposit of one night or 50% (whichever is greater) at time of booking. We take a credit card guarantee, it is expected that within 7 days we will receive a check for the non-refundable deposit amount. Balance can be paid by personal check, if it is received 14 days before arrival date. Any balance paid on arrival must be in cash or Traveler's check.
• Cancellation Policy: For reservations booked less than 2 months in advance, we have a 14 day cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel more than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, you owe only a $25.00 cancellation fee on the balance of your stay. Should you have to cancel less than 14 days before arrival, you will forfeit the equivalent of one day at the inn. Should you fail to cancel and not appear here, you would forfeit the entire stay.
• Restrictions: Pets welcome. No smoking.
• Breakfast: Continental breakfast. Fruit and cheese plate, candelight dinner, chocolate covered strawberries, or picnic basket available by arrangement.
• Special Events at Inn: In-room massage by arrangement.

• Directions: From the Bourne Bridge: Take the second spoke of the rotary (Route 28 south). After a little over seven miles, take the exit for Rte 151 towards Mashpee. This will mean taking a right at the end of the exit ramp. Slightly after 3.2 miles, you will come to the intersection of Sandwich Rd and Rte 151. There is a traffic light. On the far left corner, you will see a Jehovah's Witness Church. On the near right corner is a large gas station. Make a left onto Sandwich Rd following the sign for the Mass Military Reservation. In exactly 1 mile, turn right onto Horseshoe Bend Way. We are the first house on the right. 9 Horseshoe Bend Way.
  From Mashpee Commons: Go west on Rte 151 to the intersection of Sandwich Rd. The Jehovah's Witness Church will be on the near right corner. Make a right turn onto Sandwich Rd and proceed exactly one mile. Turn right on Horseshoe Bend Way. We are number nine, the first house on the right hand side.
