Marston Family Bed and Breakfast is locate in a quiet Cape Cod neighborhood near two beautiful south facing warm saltwater beaches on Nantucket Sound less than a 1/2 mile from Orin Keyes Beach (Sea St. Beach) and Hyannis Port East Beach.

Built in 1786, this is the oldest home in Hyannis Port. A fine example of a Georgian full Cape, it was known as the Winslow Marston House.

Today the home welcomes families or groups of up to six people in a Bed and Breakfast choice of a 1, 2 or 3-bedroom suite with a traditional Cape Cod ambiance. This B&B only hosts one group at a time, so you will enjoy personal service and whole house amenities. There are three bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with tub, living room, kitchen with walk-in pantries, and screened porch. Four fireplaces add to the ambiance while Wireless Internet access throughout offers connective convenience.

Each morning you can partake of a delicious full breakfast or you are welcome to help yourself to continental breakfast items available at all times.

A private hot outdoor shower is greatly refreshing after a day at the beach and the laundry room lets you take care of your beach towels and wet clothes. The screened porch adjoining the kitchen has a nice love seat, several chairs and two tables where you can quietly enjoy reading and relaxing.

As a guest of the Marston Family B&B you are welcome to join your hosts for a Free Sailing Excursion aboard their 34 foot sailboat, the Catboat Eventide, depending on season and weather.

Your accommodations at Marston Family B&B put you in close proximity of Hyannis Port Post Office and the Kennedy family neighborhood. Excellent dining, shopping and entertainment are close by on Main St., Hyannis. Just 1.3 miles away at the Ocean Street Docks you can easily catch a ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard, go on a sight-seeing cruise of Hyannis and Hyannis Port Harbors, or go fishing on any of several charter or party boats .
