• Rates: Rates shown are based on double occupancy. Each additional person is $16.00 per day. Children under 18 occupying same room as parents are 1/2 price. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: A deposit equal to one nights rental is required for guest rooms and kitchen units. A deposit of $500.00 per week is required for the cottage.
• Cancellation Policy: Guest room and kitchen units: Refund of deposit, less $10.00 will be returned if cancellation notice is received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made with less than 14 days will result in loss of deposit.
  Cottage: Refund of deposit, less $10.00 will be returned with notice of cancellation is received 45 days prior to scheduled arrival dates. Cancellations made with less than 45 days will result in loss of deposit.
  Arrival after the date reserved or early departure is considered a short notice cancellation. Neither the deposit nor the balance which is always due at check-in, is refundable.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Pet friendly. Children welcome.

At end of Brick Kiln Rd. you will come to Route 28 again. Turn left onto Route 28 and proceed 1/2 mile to Acapesket Rd. Turn right on Acapesket Rd. and drive 1/2 mile to Green Harbor. Watch for signs and you'll be at our New England Vacation Getaway in no time.
