• Accommodations: 8 rooms, each with private bath. One guestroom has a whirlpool tub, fireplace, and private entrance; 1 room has a fireplace; 1 room has a private sitting porch, and 4 rooms have private entrances. Cottage has 2 bedrooms (one with queen bed and one with two twins in a trundle), a private deck, sitting room with cable TV, and a full kitchen.

• Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change without notice (except on confirmed reservations). Rates do not include 5.7% state and 4% local tax.

• Payment: Payment in full is required at the time of reservation on all stays of 2 nights or less. On reservations of 3 or more nights, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, and the balance in full is required 2 weeks prior to arrival. Visa and MasterCard accepted; personal checks accepted for deposit only.
• Cancellation Policy: Each guest is responsible for the full length of his/her reservation. Cancellation notice must be received at least 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date to ensure full refund of deposit. In the case of 14 days' or less notice or shortened stays, refunds will be made subject to the Inn's ability to re-rent the room for the period of that reservation. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 handling fee.
• Check-in: 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Later arrival by special arrangement. Check-out: prior to 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No smoking. Children 12 and older welcome. Pet-friendly room available with prior approval.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast included in rates.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Baked Stuffed French Toast and Beach Rose Strata.
• Special Inn Events: We host small weddings and provide accommodations for wedding parties.
• Recreation & Activities: Beach, cycling, hiking, golf, fishing, and horseback riding, museums, Woods Hole Aquarium, ferry to Martha's Vineyard.

• Directions: From New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island: Take I-95 to I-195 to Route 25 to the Bourne Bridge. Go south on Route 28 to the Thomas Landers Road Exit. Turn right at the bottom of the ramp. Turn left on Route 28A. Go 1/2 mile to Chase Road on the right.

  From Greater Boston Area: Take Route 24 to I-495 to Route 25, or take Route 3 and follow signs at end to "Falmouth and the Islands"; go to Bourne Bridge.
