• Payment: 3 days or less, payment in full is required. 4 days or more, a 50% deposit is required. Personal checks accepted only on advance reservation. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted.
• Check-in: 2:00 to 11:00 p.m. Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.
• Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be made only if we receive 7 days notice prior to scheduled arrival date. On shorter notice, last minute cancellation, or earlier than scheduled departure, a deposit will be refunded only if the room can be re-rented over the entire reservation. A $25 processing fee will be charged for all refunds.
• Restrictions: No pets. There is no smoking at the Sea Breeze Inn.

• Directions: From New York City, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Rhode Island: Sea Breeze Inn is reached from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Rhode Island via I-95 N (CAUTION: stay to the right after EXIT 46 and EXIT 75 in CT) to I-195 E in Providence - EXIT 20. Follow Route I-195 E to EXIT 22A, Route 25 (There is a sign for Cape Cod). Take 25 East 9 miles towards Bourne Bridge - EXIT 2 (CAUTION: Do Not go over the bridge). At Bourne Rotary/Bourne Rotary Cir S, take the third exit onto US-6 E/MA-28 S. Follow this road about 3 miles to first traffic light and take a right onto Route US-6 E over Sagamore Bridge. Take Route 6 E to EXIT 6, which is the Hyannis exit go to the right, Route 132 South. At the 2nd traffic light make a right onto Bearse's Way to fork in the road - go straight until you come to Main Street (one way street). Make a right onto Main Street, take a left at the 1st traffic light which is Sea Street. The Sea Breeze Inn is located about a mile on the right at 270 Ocean Ave.
  From Boston: Take Route 3 South to the Sagamore Bridge. Go over Sagamore bridge and you are on Route 6 E. Take Route 6 E to EXIT 6, which is the Hyannis exit go to the right, Route 132 South. At the 2nd traffic light make a right onto Bearse's Way to fork in the road - go straight until you come to Main Street (one way street). Make a right onto Main Street, take a left at the 1st traffic light which is Sea Street. The Sea Breeze Inn is located about a mile on the right at 270 Ocean Ave.
