king, queen or full bed and a private bath. Suites also have
fireplaces. Amenities include Provincetown Soapworks bathroom
products and hairdryer, linen bath robes, AC and ceiling fan, cable
TV/VCR/CD radio, telephone with voicemail and refrigerator.
- Rates: Rates are based on single/double occupancy and do
not include state or local taxes (currently 9.7%). Rates are subject

- Check-in: 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm If you are arriving after
6:00 p.m., please call to advise us of your arrival time. Check-out:
11:00 a.m.
- Parking: Please note that parking is strictly on a "first
come, first served basis". Once all available space is taken,
guests must park elsewhere at their expense.
- Payment: A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of
booking. Deposits preferred to be paid by personal check. Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be
received at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date to be
refunded deposit less a $25.00 cancellation fee per room booked.
Deposits on rooms cancelled less than the 21 days of the arrival
date are refunded only if room(s) are re-let for the entire period
of the booking, less $25.00 cancellation fee per room booked.
Deposits on a reservation cancelled at any time prior to a stay
during June, July, August, September or over major holiday periods
or any other special event period are non refundable. These include
but are not limited to Valentines Weekend, Presidents Weekend,
Memorial Weekend, July 4th Week, Carnival Week, Labor Day Weekend,
Columbus Day Weekend, Women's Week, Halloween Weekend, Thanksgiving
Weekend, Holly Folly Weekend, New Years Eve holiday.
- Restrictions: Children welcome. No pets. No Smoking.
- Breakfast: Expanded continental breakfast.
- Special Events at Inn: Weddings and commitment
ceremonies.
- Recreation & Activities: Whale watching, art, music,
biking, fishing, golf, kayaking, kite flying, massage, tennis, and
yoga.
- Attractions & Special Events: Herring Cove, Race
Point, Long Point, Wood End, Poison Ivy, The Atlantic House, Art
Colony, museums, galleries, dunes, trolley, clubs, cinemas, and
theaters.
- Directions: From whichever direction you come from off
Cape, follow the signs for Cape Cod and Provincetown. Cross the Cape
Cod Canal at either the Bourne or Sagamore Bridge and take Route 6
heading east toward Provincetown. After crossing the canal, the
journey to Provincetown will take approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.
After you enter the Provincetown limits, take the 3rd left exit at
the flashing amber light signed Shank Painter Road. This exit is the
one after the large traffic light intersection. And to get to The
Beaconlight... At the end of Shank Painter Road, take a left on to
Bradford St. and then 1st right onto Winthrop Street. The
Beaconlight is the second guesthouse on the right. The entrance to
the parking lot is between the two large trees directly in front of
the guesthouse.
