• Accommodations: 12 rooms and a 2-bedroom suite, each with a private bath. See room descriptions.
• Open: All year.
• Rates: Inn Season: If you stay 3 or more nights, you can take $20.00 off per night, except holidays There is a small extra charge for additional people in the same room, but we have all sorts of roll-away beds and mattresses and such for kids. It is, after all, your home here, so bring everyone along. You won't need tons of dress-up stuff unless you just prefer it over casual stuff.

  Minimum stay is 2 days on weekends and 2 to 3 days on holidays.
  When we send confirmation, it will include full driving directions. Hyannis Port is 1-1/2 hours from Boston or Providence and 4-1/2 hours or so from New York. If you need to be picked up at the local airport or bus station, let us know.

• Payment: Hold on credit card 1/2 in advance and 1/2 upon arrival. Personal checks preferred.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid charge. After 7 days prior to scheduled arrival, you are committed unless room is re-rented.
• Restrictions: None. Take kids, dogs, etc. Smoking permitted except in bedrooms. No tank tops on men. Children under 3 are free, ages 3 to 10 are $10.00 extra, and ages 10 and over are $20.00 extra with double occupancy rate for adults. Pets are allowed except cats; the inn has resident cats. No dogs that chase cats allowed. Dogs - $25.00 one time charge.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast. Evening wine hour.
• Languages Spoken: Passable English, and some Scottish.
• Inn's Special Events: Weddings, receptions except in July and August.
• Recreation & Activities: Drinking and relaxing on premises. Billiard room and mountain bikes on premises available for free. Golf, tennis, beach within a mile.
• Attractions & Special Events: Middle of Cape Cod on the ocean side - is pretty special!
• Recommended Local Restaurant: We serve wine at sixish and go over this with our guests. There is no single best -- depends on guests' wants.
