Applebake with Granola and Yogurt

Ingredients

8 medium apples, peeled, cored, sliced into 1/2-inch bits

1 Tablespoon water

1/4 cup sugar

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1 cup granola cereal

1 carton vanilla yogurt

Put apple bits and water in a covered 2-quart microwave dish. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir, return to microwave, cook another 2 minutes on high.

Combine sugar and spices, fold into apples. Microwave on high 1 minute.

Spoon into bowls, crumble granola cereal over apples, then spoon yogurt on top. Serve warm.

Serves: 8
