  There is a 2-night minimum stay is required on weekends May - October and a 3 night minimum on some holiday weekends.

• Payment: Reservations are confirmed when a deposit is received. For reservations of 1 or 2 nights, the full amount is required. For longer stays, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required with the balance payable upon arrival. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and personal checks are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date or the room(s) must be rebooked for refund of deposit, less a $20.00 cancellation fee per reserved room.
• Check-in: 2:00 - 6:00 pm (Please notify us in advance if you anticipate a late arrival. Check-out: 11:00 am
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking inside. Children age 6 and older welcome.
• Breakfast: Hot breakfast served every day in dining room, guest room, or on patio.
• Special Recommended Recipes: Currant Scones with 'Devonshire' Cream and Herb Baked Eggs.
• Recreation & Activities: Best Beach on Cape Cod, antiques, biking and hiking nearby. Walking distance to antique shops and art galleries.
• Attractions & Special Events: Cape Cod National Seashore, First Night festivities on New Years Eve, Old King's Highway, Chamber Music Festival in August, whale watching April through October, Hometown Fourth of July Parade, Fall for Orleans Festival in October, weekly craft fairs, Audubon events, and nature walks.
