Banana Raisin Muffins

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

1 egg

1/3 cup oil

1-1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup golden raisins

Mash bananas. Add egg and oil. Put baking mix into bowl; add sugar and stir well. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add raisins and stir to mix. Spoon into greased muffin tin and bake at 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
