- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation
notice must be received at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival
date in order to avoid full forfeiture of your deposit. As is common
in resort locations, there are no refunds for shortened stays. A
cancellation fee of $75.00 will be assessed for all cancellations 21
days prior to the date of arrival. All cancellation fees are subject
to tax in the state of MA. Deposits for all holidays are non
refundable, including but not limited to: New Year's, Valentine's
Day Weekend, and Memorial Week. July 4th Week, Carnival Week, Labor
Day Week, Columbus Day Week, Womans Week, Mens Singles
Week, Thanksgiving Weekend, and Christmas Weekend.

served 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Breakfast in bed available with

- Directions: From Boston - Approximately
2 hours. Proceed South on I-93 to Route 3, South. Route 3 leads
directly onto Sagamore Bridge. Follow directions (below) from
Sagamore Bridge.
From New York City - approximately 5 hours.
Proceed North on I-95 to Providence, Rhode Island. Proceed on I-195
East for approximately 44 miles to Exit 22A: Route 25 East (Cape
Cod). Proceed on Route 25 East for approximately 9 miles to Exit 2:
Route 6 East (Provincetown). Enter rotary. Proceed approximately 3/4
circle around rotary to exit marked Route 6 East (Provincetown).
Proceed approximately 3 miles along Cape Cod Canal until you reach
the Sagamore Bridge, exiting onto Route 6 East. Follow directions
(below) from Sagamore Bridge.
From Sagamore Bridge- Proceed over Cape Cod
Canal on Sagamore Bridge. This is Route 6 East. Proceed on Route 6
East approximately 63 miles to Provincetown. (Please note: after the
Orleans rotary we recommend careful observation of speed limits as
the towns of Eastham, Wellfleet, and Truro are known for their
well-monitored speed zones.) Turn left at second Provincetown exit.
It is the only one with a light. That is Conwell Street. Make a left
onto Conwell Street and follow that all the way to Bradford Street.
At end of Conwell make a right onto Bradford and take Bradford
approx a mile and you will head up the hill and pass the Pilgrim
Monument on your right. As you are coming up the hill you will see
Crowne Pointe at the top. We are number 82 Bradford Street and will
be right in front of you. Pull into the parking lot in front and
come directly into reception.
